Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your Schu piece reaches you — and what happens if something isn't quite right.

Made to order, with care

Every Schu piece is made and packed by hand in our studio in Perth. Because we make slowly, orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment. Each piece is checked, cleaned and wrapped before it leaves us.

Shipping within Australia

We ship exclusively through Australia Post, with tracking on every order.

  • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
  • Free standard delivery on all AU orders over $100

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays outside our control. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@schustudio.com.au and we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged on arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@schustudio.com.au, with your order number and a few photos of the item and packaging. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or slight variations in tone, texture or finish — these small differences are part of each piece's character, not defects. Custom orders and sale items are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and can take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like something different, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. We recommend Australia Post with tracking — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
