Processing time
All Schu pieces are made and packed with care in our studio in Perth.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Each piece is checked, cleaned and wrapped before shipping — we don’t rush the process.

Shipping method
All orders are shipped exclusively through Australia Post.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Delivery times

• Standard shipping: 3–8 business days (depending on your location)

• Express shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays outside our control.

Lost or damaged packages

We’ll be happy to assist and find a solution for you.
